Bittersweet chocolate and berry with roasted almond finish. Medium body, medium acidity. Washed process. Female grown as part of a community building program (La Morena program).

If you are just looking for an amazing cup of straight forward coffee, this is my main recommendation. It is delicious without being overly busy or surprising. Makes for a fantastic traditional espresso and blends well with the Brazillian Peaberry (leave a note on your order if you'd like an espresso roast).
