Quinning Coffee was formed as a way to channel my dedication to precision and perpetual improvement, which was inspired by many special people in my life. We seek to source the best beans possible, and impeccably roast them to order with minimal turnaround times.

Our roaster is a Coffee Crafters' Artisan 3e, which I have modified with automated servos to monitor and adjust parameters to follow roast curves using PID management. If that's gibberish to you, know that it means our beans are perfectly roasted in a remarkably reproduceable and consistent way.
